We absolutely love the custom home built for us by Titan Homes! We talked to several area builders and Aaron stood out from the others from the first time we spoke with him. He was enthusiastic to take our ideas and implement them from drafting to a completed home. We had the challenge of building a home without living in the area and Aaron did a great job of always communicating with us--through phone, email, and his co-construct site. He even met with us on weekends if we were in town! Everyone says that building a custom home can be a nightmare, but it was actually a really fun experience for us. Having been in our starter home for 15 years my husband and I were very excited to find a home we could eventually retire in. We didn't begin the process thinking we were going to build. After searching the market and not finding the ideal home, we started visiting model homes and that is when we came across Titan Homes, LLC.

We were instantly impressed with the craftsmanship and detail he devotes to each home. His top-notch and professional realtor, Vicki Monteagudo showed us several plans at which time we made our decision and was able to meet with Aaron Sullivan, the owner.

After contracts were signed Aaron granted us access to our own home building website. We were able to view progress, make selections, and quickly communicate with Aaron and his crew via this great communication tool. The entire process was so enjoyable and pain-free.

At no time did Aaron try to talk us into upgrading just to add more money to his bottom line. He guided us in our decisions. He didn't get upset with the tweaks or unique things we wanted to do to the home. He repeatedly would say "Will do whatever you want to make you happy, you are the customer". Even after the changes we made along the way, Aaron got us in to our house on time, as promised.

I've spoken to friends that have used very prestigious builders, such as those that participate in the Parade of Homes. My friends have said that after they moved in they never heard from their builder again. I can't imagine that.

When signing final paperwork we were asked by several people (friends, staff from the title and mortgage company) how the process was for us and did we like the builder. They were all shocked to hear that we enjoyed the house building experience and that we couldn't say enough good things about our builder and his crew. We were told that is not typical and most people are so happy the house-building ordeal is over. We had such a great time during this entire process that we would do it all over again if we didn't already have the perfect home.

My husband and I moved into our house in April 2011. Our house was built by Titan Homes, our builder Aaron Sullivan was a pleasure to work with. Aaron understood that we had sold our old house within days and would be living in our RV until our home was built. There wasn't a day that went by that someone wasn't working on our new home, and believe me we drove by everyday. Not only was our home completed by the promised due date, it was even completed early. We met with the electrician and the plumber on a walk-through to make sure we had things the way we wanted.

Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate the changes and additional items we added. Austyn was very knowledgeable in picking out our carpets and light fixtures, counter-tops and tile. If we had any questions Austyn was always there to help, we understand why he is called Aaron's right hand man. Paul is Aaron's other right hand man and is an excellent tile artist. We were amazed at the precision of his tile work and the beauty of it. Overall it was a pleasant home building experience due to the professional, high-quality of work and the workmanship that has made our house a home. As our one year anniversary of living in our Titan Home approaches, we would like to take a moment to express some thoughts regarding Aaron Sullivan and the rest of the Titan Team.

We had purchased and remodeled two times prior to moving to Kennewick, so we thought that choosing all of our own flooring, paint, hardware, cabinetry and all the other finishes for our newly built home would be a breeze. It turns out that it is one of those things that is much harder than it looks. Aaron was very accommodating and patient with us each step of the way. The Titan Team was always very accessible and helpful right up to the completion of our home...which was done a week earlier than the agreed upon date.

Over the past year we have taken on several landscape projects in our backyard, and on several occasions have turned to Aaron for assistance in delivering materials, borrowing tools, and he has even loaned us a bit of manpower!
